Cancellation Policy

Your appointment times are reserved for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. We understand that things happen and life events out of anyone’s control may occur. However, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in loss of deposit or a 25% fee for prebooked appointments and will require a new deposit for a future appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
